Anyways, here it is...
Paper is Chatterbox Paisley Snowflakes and the plain cardstock is Bazzil. The 'cool' chipboard is from Bubbly Funk which I've coloured silver and embossed with UTEE. The numbers are from We Are Memory Keepers which I've chosen to leave as they are and mounted them onto a chipboard circle which I've given a distressed metallic look to.

That's a fantastic card Rosie - bet Jacob loved it! The grey-blues are gorgeous and I love the effect you've got with the silver and UTEE on the chipboard word.
