Materials:
Cream cardstock folded to A5 size.
Papers & bear image: Kirsty Wiseman's Colour me Crazy CD.
Gems: Pound shop.
Buttons: Stash.
Ribbon: Ribbon Mad (so sad that they've gone now!)
